Typical house of old Sancerre of 100 m2, 10 places, opened all year long, small closed garden of wall, comfortable, independent, in a wine-making village.

Ground floor integrated cuisine opened on lounge, laundry,toilets.

1st Floor: 2 rooms (the first with 1 beds of 140 cms + 1 beds of 90 cms and the second with 2 beds of 90 cms), 1 showerrooms, 1 toilets and landing.

2nd Floor: 2 rooms (the first with 1 beds of 140 cms and the second with 4 beds of 90 cms), bathroom with a toilets.

Equipment: washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwaves, toaster, coffeemachine, kettle, TV and Equipment baby on request (bed, highchair).
